Suggested Bushwalking Camping Gear Checklist
You will certainly not need to bring everything on this list on an activity. The list is just to remind you what you might want to bring along. For backpacking, weight is critical, and so you must make sure to bring only essential items, to keep your pack weight as low as possible, and your enjoyment of the walk as high as possible. For car camps you can bring whatever you like.
